Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Invoicefy, a product operated by True Blue Labs Pty Ltd. These Terms govern your use of our website, mobile application, and related services. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to use this Service.
- By using Invoicefy, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, company, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Use of the Service
Invoicefy is a platform designed to help users create, manage, organize, and send invoices and related business documents.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
- Generating fraudulent or misleading invoices
- Misrepresenting your identity, authority, or business
- Attempting to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization
- Uploading malicious code, harmful files, or unlawful content
- Interfering with the stability, security, or normal operation of the Service
- Using the Service in violation of tax, privacy, financial, commercial, or consumer protection laws applicable to you
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Invoicefy complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your country, state, or region.
3. Accounts, Guest Access & Registration
Invoicefy may allow you to use certain features without creating a traditional account.
3.1 Guest access
If guest mode is available:
- You may be able to create and manage invoices without full registration
- Your usage may be linked to a temporary server-side profile associated with your device
- Continued access to your data may depend on keeping access to that device
- If you uninstall the app, reset your device, or lose access to it, you may lose access to your guest data
3.2 Registered accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring the information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information is inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or if you violate these Terms.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all information you create, upload, send, or store through Invoicefy, including:
- Business name and contact information
- Client data
- Invoice amounts
- Tax settings
- Payment instructions
- Dates, notes, and terms
- Uploaded files and attachments
Invoicefy is a software tool only. You remain fully responsible for the legal, accounting, tax, and commercial accuracy of any invoice or document generated through the Service.
Invoicefy does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice.
5. Content Ownership
- You retain full ownership of all content you upload, create, or store through the Service, including invoices, client data, business information, and documents.
- By uploading or creating content in Invoicefy, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, and display your content solely as necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide the Service.
- We do not claim ownership over your business data.
6. Uploaded Files and Documents
Invoicefy may allow you to upload and manage files related to invoices or business records. By uploading any file or document, you confirm that:
- You have the legal right to use and upload that content
- The content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights
- The content does not contain viruses, malware, or harmful code
We may impose limits on file type, size, quantity, storage period, or access depending on your plan, usage, or technical constraints. We reserve the right to remove any content that creates legal, operational, or security risk for the Service.
7. Subscription and Payments
- Some parts of the Service may be available only through a paid subscription.
- By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the selected plan.
- Unless otherwise required by law, fees are non-refundable.
- We may change pricing, plans, or included features at any time with prior notice where required.
Billing may be processed by third-party providers, including platform providers such as Apple or Google, or other payment processors where applicable. Their billing, renewal, and refund rules may also apply.
Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or loss of access to premium features.
8. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain high availability, scalability, and security standards.
- However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.
- We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, security measures, infrastructure issues, or events beyond our control.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or limit any part of the Service at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service, including its design, code, software, logo, trademarks, graphics, branding, and platform functionality, remain the exclusive property of Invoicefy, True Blue Labs Pty Ltd, or their licensors.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or modify any part of the Service
- Distribute, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the Service
- Exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent
10. Data Retention
If you use Invoicefy in guest mode, your data may be stored for a limited period only. If a guest profile is not converted into a registered account within the retention period applicable to the product, data associated with that guest profile may be automatically deleted, including invoices, files, metadata, and related records.
Paid or registered users may have access to longer retention, recovery, or continuity features, depending on the plan and functionality offered at the time.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms
- Failure to pay applicable fees
- Misuse or abuse of the platform
- Unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Risks to security, operations, or other users
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. To the extent permitted by law, termination may result in deletion or loss of access to your data, especially for guest or inactive accounts subject to retention limits.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoicefy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation:
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Loss of revenue or business opportunities
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
